Breath Camp

Breath Camp is a breathwork & yoga retreat infused with the nostalgia of childhood camp.

The Location: Nestled at the base of the tallest mountains of Appalachia, Mount Mitchell Eco Retreat is where we'll unwind, connect with nature, and breathe.

The Experience:
Play games, make new connections, eat s’mores & be guided through 2 breathwork sessions.

The Intention:
Breath Camp is a laid-back and accessible retreat for adults needing a reset, connection, and play.

What you'll need:

  • Comfortable clothes - it's camp right?!

  • Closed toe shoes are recommended

  • A water bottle

Alex & Deagan have guided thousands of people over 90 breathwork sessions in the last year.

Their approach is to create an uninterrupted flow of air moving in & out of the lungs which allows for unique states, emotions, or ideas to be experienced.

Overnight Logistics:

While you can choose to head out at 6pm, there is also an invitation to stay overnight! To continue the camp vibes, the Carolina Hemlocks Campground is about 5 minutes away from the retreat center.

If you're looking wanting to stay in the area but camping isn't your thing, you can book a stay right at Mount Mitchell Eco Retreat.

This should be a beautiful time of year as life begins to bloom again. We'll hope for clear stargazing skies & an early arrival of fireflies to light up the night ✨

Morning Waterfall Excursion: For those who stay overnight, you're invited to join us for a short morning hike to one of the most beautiful waterfalls in the area before heading out.
