In Person Breathwork (AVL)

Join us at Dragon Phoenix in Asheville for weekly breathwork! This three part active breath helps us move energy and emotions through the body, resets the nervous system, and is a powerful way to strengthen the immune system. This practice is set to music and builds from a gentle grounding exercise, through a cue to release a sigh, scream, laugh, cry, wiggle, etc, and then ends in a restorative savasana. This practice can induce beneficial physical, emotional, and even spiritual experiences.

No experience is necessary - we will always go over the technique as well as any questions before starting the practice.
