Group classes are our favorite way to share breathwork.

Group settings are great for both beginners and experienced breathwork participants.

What you can expect in a typical Breathwork class is 30 minutes of Active Breathing and 30 minutes of rest & reset.

Company Experiences

Blue River Breathwork offers custom breathing experiences for your team! These sessions are designed with the company’s goals and the specific needs in mind.

In a single session, we’ll teach your team (and practice) breathing techniques that reduce general stress and anxiety and replace it with feelings of peace and focus. Some of these techniques are even used by Navy SEAL Teams! 

How it works is easy. Fill out the form and schedule a FREE 30 min session with Blue River Breathwork. During that session, we’ll discuss the needs of your team and we’ll do a demonstration with you to see how it works.

This isn’t our first rodeo. Blue River Breathwork has brought breath techniques to company off-site retreats, wellness workshops, strategy sessions, and even routine monday morning online meetings!

Private Sessions

Blue River Breathwork offers individualized breathwork sessions. These sessions are designed with your specific needs in mind. The style of breathwork we practice, the pacing of the session, the guidance is all tailored to you. 

These sessions are specifically helpful for those who need to address past trauma, death, abuse, and anything in between. 

This practice has been known to be as valuable as “5 years worth of therapy” in a single session.

Everyone is different, but common outcomes from these sessions are feelings of peace, understanding, and resolve.
