Breathwork
We all get stuck. We all have mental, emotional, and energetic blocks. Blue River Breathwork (BRB) uses a blend of styles and techniques to move and wash away these blocks 🌊
When we observe Nature, we can see that she has a similar process. Rivers and streams naturally get rocks, logs and other obstructions disrupting their flow. When these blockages dam up, the fresh clean water becomes stagnant. This causes the water to become murky and a place where harmful bacteria and algae to grow.
However, when the rain comes and increases the energy flowing through the system, these blockages are removed. With the obstacles out of the way, this water is able to flow back to Source- the lakes, oceans and aquifers that nourish the entire planet & ourselves.
Our breath has the same power to bring flow back in our personal lives!
